Tim Iliff

Tim Iliff is the Executive Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing and focuses the firm on brand identity development, advertising
and market research. Tim is in the unique position of having held
positions in both corporate and advertising agency environments.
Before launching Nsight, Tim was the Senior Manager of Marketing
Communications with Intersil Corporation. At Intersil, he held
responsibilities for the initial brand imaging and identity campaign
for the multimillion-dollar semiconductor company. He supervised
four creative, production and media agencies in the United States
and Europe.
Prior to Intersils spin-off from Harris Corporation, Tim
coordinated the rebranding efforts for Harris Corporation. Harris
had four autonomous sectors, which required new rebranding positioning.
Each of the four maintained its own identity while incorporating
the corporate brand. He was responsible for coordination of all
agencies involved, as well as all internal corporate aspects of
the rebranding.
In his tenure with advertising agencies, Tim managed both creative
services and production. He specialized in business-to-business
advertising, with an emphasis on technology. He has created collateral
materials for national and international advertising for Fortune
500 companies.
Tim has provided strategic communications management to a diverse
roster of clients including General Electric, Thomas Built Buses,
Buster Brown Textiles, Harris Corporation (prior to his employment
there), Sprint, QMS Printers, IBM/Advantis and Standard Microsystems
(SMC).
Tim has garnered many professional and creative awards in his
career, among them the prestigious American Advertising Federations
Silver Medal Award. The AAF Silver Medal Award is awarded annually
to the individual who has shown outstanding contributions to the
advertising industry and public service.
